Before you go
Your first Legacy Point usually comes when your first character reaches 25. Class challenges pay at your first 25, 45 and 60 on each class.
Two new dungeons here: the Excavation Site in the Wetlands and the City of Dalaran in Alterac. Their quests start in Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, Undercity, Arathi and Tarren Mill.
Respawns were raised in Hillsbrad, Ashenvale, the Wetlands, Duskwood and Thousand Needles. Less waiting, friend.

The Barrenslevels 20-28
Step 1 — Barrens elites (level 20-23)
Before you leave the Barrens, friend: two new elite jobs with four-way loot choices. Bring a group. Split the work, not the loot.
