Learn Heavy Linen Bandage at 40. At 50, learn Journeyman First Aid from the trainer (level 10) or you stop at 75. It turns yellow at 50 and green at 75, so expect about 55 crafts for these 40 points.

Goblin tips

Expert First Aid - Under Wraps (First Aid 125, about 1 gold) is sold by Deneb Walker inside Stromgarde Keep, Arathi Highlands (Alliance, hostile mobs around) and Balai Lok'Wein in Brackenwall Village, Dustwallow Marsh (Horde). Buy both bandage manuals on the same trip.
Keep every Linen, Wool and Silk Cloth from humanoids while you level: the whole path to 225 only uses cloth.
First Aid also makes healing potions now, without Alchemy. Minor Healing Potion (from 55) or Lesser Healing Potion (from 85) are another way up if herbs are cheaper than cloth for you.
At 20 you can make the First Aid Kit for your camp: a Stamina buff for the group.
