Buy Empty Vials from the trade or alchemy supplies vendor next to the trainer. Learn Journeyman at skill 50 (level 10). Keep the elixirs for low-level tanks or sell them.

Goblin tips

Pick Herbalism with it: every step here runs on herbs, and the extra stacks pay for the vials.
Never sell the mana potions to a vendor: casters pay real gold for them on the auction house.
Vials come from vendors. Buy them in bulk before you start a step, not one stack at a time.
Healing potions in your recipe book need Murloc Eyes. Skip them for leveling and farm eyes only if you want stock.
