1. Hunter's Mark, pet attacks first (pick a sturdy one in Hunter pets), Serpent Sting.
2. Run in: Raptor Strike on cooldown.
3. Mongoose Bite whenever it's up; Strider Kick on cooldown (works even when disarmed).
4. Pulled aggro off the pet: Disengage.

Warcraft Tavern says Survival keeps strong defensive tools in Forever. No Forever PvP test of the spec yet: To verify in game.

• Skinning + Leatherworking early. Engineering, Alchemy or Mining are valid. Keep First Aid up.

• 2026-10-15 — October 15 patch: Strider Kick usable while disarmed; Resourcefulness also cuts Strider Kick's mana cost and its proc now only triggers on melee and ranged ability crits.
• 2026-10-15 — October 15 patch: Fire Traps scale with Attack Power; one Fire and one Ice trap can be active; Auto Shot needs 0.5 sec standing still.
• 2026-10-08 — Expose Prey lasts 10 s (was 5); Entrapment has diminishing returns and only triggers when Frost Trap goes off; Improved Wing Clip proc fixed.
• 2026-10-01 — Deflection parry bonus lowered to 1-5% (was 2-10%).
